In the idyllic bedroom community of Garrison, New Jersey, a gathering of NYPD officers take refuge away from the big city's troubles while still enjoying all the kickbacks, cover-ups, and mob-owned banking privileges from across the river. But the code of silence is tested when an off-duty, drunk rookie cop from their ranks wrongfully kills two black men and the local sheriff begins to investigate.

This is an ambitious ensamble drama that works really well.

Story: 7/10 - You can have these guys read the phonebook and it would be entertaining.

Acting: 10/10 - In the presence of so much greatness even Sly can't go wrong.

Violence: 4/10 - Has some nasty shoot-outs, but not a violent movie!

Nudity: 0/10 - Harvey Keitel actually keeps his clothes on for a change, thank god!

Coolness: 7/10 - Everybody gets to shout at Rocky, you gotta love that.
