Teenage tough guy Mick O'Brien is a delinquent whose crimes eventually land him in a juvenile correctional facility. There, he soon becomes the head honcho amongst the JD's, but his status is challenged when his neighborhood nemesis is sent to the same facility.

Story: 6/10 - Dark and moody, made just before the 80's lit up with colors.

Acting: 8/10 - This is not the Brat pack, that's for sure.

Violence: 5/10 - Vanilla Ice wouldn't last two days in that prison, then again he wouldn't have lasted two days anywhere.

Nudity: 0/10 - This is a "boys in prison" flick, O.K.

Coolness: 7/10 - You just can't wait for Sean Penn to kick Esai Morales' ass.
