Apocalypse now redux
(1979/2001)
Director: Francis Ford Coppola
Starring: Marlon Brando, Robert Duvall, Martin Sheen, Dennis Hopper
our comment. "I actually thought it was pretty long before!"
Martin Sheen stars as Army Lieutenant Willard, who is sent on a dangerous and mesmerizing odyssey into Cambodia to assassinate a renegade American Colonel named Kurtz played by Marlon Brando, who has succumbed to the horrors of war and barricaded himself in a remote outpost.

Considered by some to be the definitive picture of war in it's overall depiction of chaos and primal bloodletting; by others, over-wrought and unrealistic.

Violence: 6/10 - A study in manic machismo!

Nudity: 3/10 - Coppola decided to spice up the Director's cut with some naked chicks.

Coolness: 5/10 - It's good, but I actually thought it was pretty long before!
