An ambitious television reporter and her cameraman investigate a series of grisly murders as well as the disappearance of their boss' son. But when they trace both stories to the amazon, they discover he is the prisoner of a drug cartel led by a renegade Colonel and his army of sadistic natives (too bad they didn't run into the sweet and kind type of natives). Now their "big story" has become a nightmare of sudden violence where the ultimate assignement is survival... and the most brutal animal in the jungle is man.
Pretty watchable if you're a fan of jungle carnage.

Story: 4/10 - It starts out fairly cool, but quickly boards that famous A-train of extreme silliness!
Acting: 2/10 - Cheap labour anyone?
Violence: 9/10 - Death galore!
Nudity: 7/10 - Whatever happened to Valentina Forte, porn maybe?
Coolness: 5/10 - In the version I've seen, the gory bits were presented with dubbed Italian voices, hilarious!
