Jacob's Ladder
(1990)
Director: Adrian Lyne
Starring: Tim Robbins, Elisabeth Pená, Danny Aiello, Jason Alexander
our comment. "On the same level as "Flatliners" and "Ghost", totally irritating."
When strange and violent hallucinations begin to invade his everyday life, Jacob Singer fights a lonely and frightening battle to hold onto reality (his life seems extremely dull and depressing so he should probably embrace a few hallucinations). As his visions become even darker and more terrifying, he makes a desperate bil to solve the mystery of what is happening to him, painfully aware that time is running out.

I hope everyone was paid a lot of cash to appear in this stinker, avoid it like a Sandra Bullock feature!

Story: 3/10 - This movie really bugs me, the main character is either suffering as a result of drug experiments on soldiers and/or is dead and trying to get into heaven, either way it's pretty lame.

Acting: 6/10 - Tim Robbins is quite good, but what good does that do when it blows!

Violence: 3/10 - Nah! A big yawn!

Nudity: 2/10 - A dance scene that is supposed to be erotic... maybe it's just me!

Coolness: 0/10 - On the same level as "Flatliners" and "Ghost", totally irritating.
