our comment. "...this film is way to good for him to fuck it up."
A pair of cops, one a hot headed youngster and the other a burn-out, grizzled old timer, search for a novelty serial killer who is racking up a grisly body count inspired by the Seven Deadly Sins.

Really nothing more to say about this fantastic psychological thriller, I don't want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen it.

Story: 10/10 - An unbeliveably brilliant and complex story, very imaginative and stunning.

Acting: 7/10 - Freemann and Spacey are very good, Pitt is not. It's just that this film is way to good for him to fuck it up.

Violence: 8/10 - The violence is hardly ever shown, but you would rather give "birth" to an alien than suffer the same deaths as some of John Doe's victims. Very grim.

Nudity: 0/10 - It's a bleak, violent portrayal of a seriously twisted world, no room for gratuitous nudity or raunchy, explicit sex!

Coolness: 9/10 - The opening and end credits are great, Kevin Spacey makes Dr.Lector look like Mr.Rogers, and it's got a surprise ending, honest!
