Tom has been handed the easy assignement of riding shot-gun on a money transport with his uncle. The job is to collect a certain amount of money in a sleepy small town before the local dam breaks leaving the town flooded. But things doesn't quite go the way they had planned (they never do, do they!), and before they know it they are surrounded by criminals out to get a piece of the money. Oh! and there's a lot of water on the way making it very hard for our beloved characters to chase each other around! As a matter of fact there's a lot of chasing going on in this film!

One of those films where you sit searching for something to grab your interest, but I'll save you the trouble; unless you're Indiana fucking Jones you won't find anything interesting in this incoherent rubble!
